Richard commenced his career as an Apprentice Electrician, onto qualified electrician gaining great knowledge within a range of Electrical disciplines before later progressing into supervisory and then management roles.

Moving into a Senior Management position within a Shropshire based multi-disciplined Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services organisation further broadened his experience and eventually led him to a board position as Maintenance Director. In this role, Richard was responsible for increasing and maintaining the sustained growth of the maintenance arm of the business over a period spanning over twenty years. His strength during this time was undoubtedly his ability to establish and maintain customer relationships based on the highest possible standards of service delivery.

In 2017, Richard joined David at Churchill where together, using their shared knowledge and expertise they re-launched the business with the specific aim of building upon their belief in integrity and service quality.

In his role as Managing Director, Richard will continue to manage the business strategically based on these core principles and will seek to maintain the success the business has enjoyed since he embarked upon his journey with Churchill. Today and onwards the business must understand its customers’ needs then deliver the service at the highest level with competitive prices. Getting this right guarantees the longevity of customer relationships.
